I’ll probably go for a comparison of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling all from the same producer (which may be Jacob’s Creek as its very widely available). By using the same producer I can concentrate on the unique qualities of the 3 grapes, taking producer’s style and methods etc out of the picture. Stock up and check it out this weekend!

Photo

its me Bill, I'm not sure if your mentioning which brands of drink you are tasting?

Hi Bill. Yes I will be mentioning brands most weeks, and will also rate them out of 20. For the first week though, it was more an intro and I didn’t want it to turn into a “review”. May be same for next couple of episodes too.

Thanks for the feedback

Thanks to everyone that checked out my first videoblog at http://blip.tv/file/4640507 and nice to get some positive feedback. Video is also on YouTube now at http://www.youtube.com/user/thetasteruk - had to chop it in half as apparently there’s a 15 min limit I didn’t know about. If you’re interested you can keep up with my blogging project by following my blog here on tumblr, and by following me on www.twitter.com/thetasteruk
